Its that time of year again. Almost season end and its time for the big debate. No presidents in this one its the Cedar Point 2009 Ride Rumor Report. Think hard and long about what you expect for the point next year and maybe what you wish will come too.

I personally feels as if 2009 will be a year of economic take over no new 20 mill coaster, no 500 ft Dragster (it would be cool) As Kinzel said in press confrences and Q & A's nothing big will happen.

Realisticly: Mean Streak contstruction other than off-season work. Maybe a retrack by GCI or some sort of reworking or reconstruction. Maybe some new "brand-name" resteraunts. Also Mellennium and Dragster paintjob.

Potential rides leaving the point: the all so common one DT and Demon Drop (scrap) becuase no one wants it (how long has it been for sale) And a good woodie to take its place.

Dreams: Dark Ride like Ghostwood Estate at Kennywood or new 500 ft Dragster (had to put it in; I would pay to ride it)

A dark ride is something they really need. Something Universal Studios level.

They always talk about being a coaster park which is cool. I don't want to see another whirl and hurl. Something like Spiderman. I just dont need another 200 foot drop or something that peels my face off when it launches.
