Cedar Fair Named in Patent Suit Posted byjeffgn on Thursday, March 08 @ 06:31:51 EST Contributed by jeffgn Cedar Fair was one party named in a law suit claiming they are infringing on using magnetic brakes. Safety Braking Corp filled the suit against the major park owners that use those types of brakes. Cedar Point uses those style breaks in its newer coasters.
