CP Peanuts Playground Removal Progress

Cedar Point has been making progress on the removal of the old Peanuts Playground. The latest CP BLOG shows pictures of the removal covered with snow. It appears the old waterfall is still there for the moment. The tall trees remain but everything else appears to be gone. All the old structures have been removed.

Cedar Point has announced that a new kids area will be built but has not released the details.

The area has hosted a kids playground for many years. It most recently was the Peanuts Playground. Before that it was Bernstein Bear Country (1980's). Prior to the playground it was the site of the giant slide (1970's).

Cedar Point has always had areas for the children to play. We look forward to something creative from them in this area.
